Can you work with our in-house team?
Yes. I work directly with DBAs, developers, infrastructure teams, SREs, and technical leaders. Documentation and knowledge transfer are part of the engagement.
How does an engagement usually begin?
Most work begins with a focused diagnostic. I review the evidence, identify the risks and highest-value opportunities, and recommend the smallest sensible next step.
Do you need unrestricted production access?
No. Access is kept to the minimum needed for the agreed scope. Read-only evidence, exported plans, Query Store data, monitoring output, and supervised sessions are often sufficient.
Do you handle urgent production issues?
Urgent rescue work may be available depending on timing, access requirements, and current commitments. It must be agreed in advance. Numera Sense is not a 24/7 managed service or on-call provider.
